Terms and Conditions

There is a 48 hour - 72 hour turnaround on all made to order products.  This does not include Weekends or Public Holidays.  Please note if your order is not something that needs to be made, it will be shipped on the next business day.  However, if you have ordered both a made to order product and a product that is ready to be shipped, all of your order will be shipped to you when the made to order part of order is ready.
When placing an order you will recieve an email with your order details.  When your order has been processed, you will receive another email letting you know and then once more when your order is posted and this will include your tracking number 
All orders are posted via Australia Post and you are able to choose whether you would like standard postage or express pistage when going through checkout.   Standard Postage normally takes between 2 - 4 Business Days and Express Postage takes 1-2 Business Days.
If any part or your order arrives damaged or broken, please notify enchantedsoycandlesandgifts@gmail.com via email as soon as receiving your items with photographs of the damage.  I personally package all my orders with the utmost care and will always replace/refund your items purchased if damage has occured during transport to you.  
Please note that all Electrical Goods come with a 12 month Warranty and will be replaced if all instructions have been followed and the item becomes faulty within that 12 month period 

DAMAGED GOODS/RETURNS/REFUNDS:

  • Every care is taken when packing your order for delivery. If for some reason your purchase is damaged in transit we will offer you a full refund or replacement provided you send us a photo of the damaged goods and packaging within 48 hours of you receiving them.
  • Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or accidentally order the wrong fragrance.
  • All claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt of order.
  • Refunds will be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cwth) and Sale of Goods Act 1958 (Vic). No part of these terms of use is to be taken as an express or implied repudiation of our obligations under these pieces of legislation.
