1) Why choose Soy Wax Candles ?

Soy Wax is a natural, renewable source which comes from Soy Beans.  Soy Wax is non-toxic and vegan friendly.  The Soy Wax burns clean and slowly, which means you enjoy a long lasting candle, knowing that no animal testing is done on Soy Wax and no Palm Oil is used also means you feel good knowing you are not harming any animals.  

2) What is the difference between Fragrance Oils and Essential Oils ?

Choosing the right scent for your Soy Candle is a very personal choice and can depend on many things.

Things to consider when choosing your Fragrance -

     a. If you prefer a totally unmanufactured fragrance then essential oils are your first choice.  However, with Soy Candles, results are much better with Fragrance Oils.  Many are still Natural Fragrances (e.g. Sandalwood, Lemongrass) and the full therapeutic benefit of Essential Oils is much better used topically or in a Ultrasonic Diffuser.  

     b. Fragrance Oils have been been altered from there original source to create the scent and are a stronger choice of fragrance that can also help bring about a happy, positive response to its user.

      c. Fragrances have a strong emotional connection to each individual person as it affects the part of the brain that stores memories and emotions.  This can explain why smelling certain fragrances can affect our mood and well-being.

3. How long does it take for my order to be sent ?

All my products are made to order and handpoured by myself in my studio at home.  The processing time is between 48 -72 hours (Not including weekends or Public Holidays)  If however, you are ordering a product that doesn't require being made, then it will be posted the day after the order has been processed providing there are hand-poured products included in your order. 

4. How long does does Postage for my order take ?

All orders are packed and posted the day after the order is processed.  Enchanted Soy Candles and Gifts uses Australia Post to send all its orders.  Orders take between 2 - 5 Business days and are Australia Wide.  A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been posted so you can also keep an eye on where it is.

5.  What happens if my order arrives damaged ?

All items are packaged by myself with every care taken.  However,  if any damage has occured to your order, please send a photo via email within 48 hours of receiving it and any broken orders will be replaced.  All electric goods purchased also come with a 12 month warranty.
