Directions for Use : - 

  • Shake well before use.
  • Spray directly onto skin and rub in.  Note - Spraying directly onto the soles of the feet can help with absorption into bloodstream. 
  • Spray direclty onto hair follicles/scalp area and massage in to assist with relaxation and sleep
  • Spray direclty onto temples (avoiding eyes) and massage in to help relieve headaches 
  • Spray direclty onto areas that are aching and/or cramping and massage in. 
Please note: You may notice a sticky/white flaky residue on skin after spraying onto skin which is the dried Magnesium Salt Flakes.  Allow appx 20 minutes for absorption into the skin and you can rinse off residue from skin if desired.

This is a completely Natural Product that is made up of Magnesium Flakes and Distilled Water only.
